Stratford, Ontario, Canada-born Dan Stacey has been quite influential in the evolution of Canadian fiddling and Ottawa Valley Stepdancing. He developed his skills on the Ontario competition circuit winning countless awards, becoming a pioneer as the first to compete in both art forms. Dan returns Sunday, January 22, 2012!

30 chefs pair with local producers for a unique garden party
The highlight of our festival is the Sunday afternoon tasting held under tents in the heritage garden district complemented by VQA wines and craft brews and accompanied by a soothing jazz trio. This year’s menu is really special. Sunday, September 25 in the Savour Stratford Tasting Tent on York Street Noon – 4:00 pm VIP; 1:00 – 4:00 pm General.
Our chef Patrick Morden has paired with Shakespeare’s “Best Little Pork Shoppe” to prepare a tasty food sample utilizing all local product including smoked pork loin & organic brie cheese!
